Zachary R Moore

Entrepreneur | Auctioneer | Founder of Space Lift Tri-State Auctions

Zachary Moore is an entrepreneur, reseller, and founder of Space Lift Tri-State Auctions LLC, an Atchison, Kansas-based online auction company serving Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and the surrounding Midwest.

His path into the auction industry came from years of buying, selling, building businesses, learning online marketplaces, and finding better ways to solve complicated property and resale problems.

Starting Young — Pops & Moore LLC

  Zachary's entrepreneurial journey started early.

From approximately age 19 to 21, he owned and operated Pops & Moore LLC, an online resale business focused heavily on Funko Pops, collectibles, and other merchandise.

Through platforms including eBay and Whatnot, he bought, marketed, sold, shipped, and managed a large volume of collectibles for online buyers.

That experience taught Zachary the fundamentals of online resale: product research, photography, searchable listings, shipping, customer service, inventory management, and understanding how collectors buy.

More importantly, it showed him the power of using the internet to connect an item in a small Kansas community with the right buyer anywhere in the country.

Space Lift Cleanouts & Liquidation

Zachary was previously involved with Space Lift Cleanouts & Liquidation, a separate business focused on property cleanouts, estate transitions, sorting, resale, donation, debris removal, and related services.

That business is no longer actively operating.

The experience gave Zachary firsthand exposure to estate logistics, property transitions, resale opportunities, cleanout operations, and the challenges families can face when managing an entire property full of belongings.

Those lessons became part of the broader experience he later brought into Space Lift Tri-State Auctions LLC, which is a separate business.

Meeting Troy Watts

A major turning point came when Zachary met Troy Watts of Little Bull Auction & Sales Co.

By then, Zachary understood online selling and had experience working through large property transitions. What he had not yet found was an efficient way to bring those two worlds together.

Through Troy and Little Bull Auction Company, Zachary was introduced to the infrastructure and online-auction model that helped provide that missing piece.

Instead of selling belongings one at a time or simply clearing a property, hundreds of items could be sorted into auction lots, photographed, cataloged, marketed online, and exposed to competitive bidders.

That approach helped shape Zachary's strategy for Space Lift Tri-State Auctions LLC.

Building Space Lift Tri-State Auctions

Space Lift Tri-State Auctions was created to help families, property owners, collectors, and businesses handle large amounts of property through an organized online-auction process.

Through its affiliation with the Midwest Auction Collective, Space Lift combines hands-on local service with a broader auction network and established online bidding infrastructure.

Today, Zachary and Space Lift manage projects involving estates, businesses, vehicles, equipment, tools, jewelry, coins, gold and silver, collectibles, trading cards, antiques, household property, firearms, historical pieces, and other specialty assets.

The process can include everything from the initial walkthrough and sorting to research, cataloging, photography, marketing, bidding, buyer coordination, loadout, and final property cleanup when needed.

A Hands-On Owner

Zachary remains directly involved in the work.

He may be meeting with a family in the morning, researching an unusual collectible in the afternoon, building an auction catalog that evening, and supervising buyer pickup once the auction closes.

That hands-on approach has become an important part of how he operates Space Lift.

Every estate and collection is different, and Zachary believes good liquidation requires more than simply putting items online. It requires understanding what is there, presenting it correctly, reaching the right buyers, and developing a plan for the entire property.

Building for the Future

Zachary's long-term goal is to build Space Lift Tri-State Auctions into one of the most trusted estate liquidation and online-auction companies in the Midwest.

He plans to continue expanding relationships with families, attorneys, executors, trustees, estate planners, real estate professionals, collectors, and business owners while improving Space Lift's technology, equipment, marketing, cataloging, research capabilities, staffing, and buyer network.

Zachary is also focused on using emerging technology and artificial intelligence to make auction research, cataloging, marketing, and operations more efficient without replacing the human judgment required to properly handle an estate.

Ultimately, he wants Space Lift to be known for taking on situations that initially feel overwhelming:

A packed house.
A lifetime collection.
A barn full of equipment.
A business liquidation.
Hundreds or thousands of belongings.
A property that needs a plan.

Zachary sees those situations as more than auction projects.

They are problems that need to be solved.

His goal is to keep learning, keep improving the process, and continue building a company capable of solving them.

! Meet The Company Puppy !

Holly J Joy

Company Puppy | Security | Walkthrough Specialist

Holly J Joy is the official company puppy of Space Lift Tri-State Auctions and a proud Great Pyrenees with a birthday we’ve chosen as December 23rd. At around 2½ years old, Holly takes her job very seriously — especially when it comes to security, morale, and treat negotiations.

Her primary responsibilities include barking at absolutely nothing… just to make sure, keeping the office protected, and making sure everyone receives an appropriate amount of kisses throughout the workday.

You can personally request that we bring Holly along for your walkthrough.

There is, however, one very important condition:

Treats and tons of belly rubs are required.

Most days, Holly prefers to stay back at the office where she helps supervise paperwork, guards the desk, monitors suspicious noises outside, and makes sure nobody works too long without taking a break to give her some attention.

She may not be great at answering phones or building auction catalogs, but she is excellent at keeping office morale high.
